Tilia Properties received the Broadland Enhancement Award 2008 following the successful restoration of the 467th Bombardment Group (H) Control Tower situated in Witchcraft Way, Rackheath Industrial Estate.
The Control Tower has been converted into modern offices suites having retained, as closely as possible, the original features including the glass top outlook. The building stands as an important landmark of World War II history.

Roofing the Broadland Enhancement Award Winner
RGW Roe & Son were proud to be part of the team put togeather by Tilia Properties to restore the Roof of the Control Tower at Rackheath.
